Using this program, customers enter their information in the students' health examination website in advance. ② Customers fill out medical inquiry sheets at home or online before coming to the hospital. This system prevents long-term waiting and congestion in the hospital, and thus shortens examination time. ③ The advanced technology differentiated from other hospitals is a pride of Dongguk University Gyeongju Hospital Health Promotion Center.     ① Examination targets must examine health examination by visiting medical institutions offering health examination service. ② Medical institutions offering health examination service examine and test health conditions and physical development states of examination targets after checking whether or not they qualify as examination targets. ③ Medical institutions offering examination service must prepare medical inquiry sheets and have examination targets fill out and submit the sheets before conducting examination. Elementary school grade 1 students are to fill out medical inquiry sheet by consulting their parents (guardians) and elementary school grade 4 students are to fill out the sheet by themselves or by consulting their parents (guardians). ※ Please make a reservation for medical examination and fill out the medical inquiry sheet at home or school using the Dongguk University Hospital website before your visit for examination. This way, you can not only receive examination immediately after reception, but also do not need to fill out the complicated medical inquiry sheet at the hospital. ④ Upon completion of examination, medical institutions draw up 'Students' Examination Results' within 15 days and notify them to the corresponding students, their parents and principals of the respective schools. ⑤ Medical institutions carry out medical examination from March to December of each year. (To complete examination by end of August as much as possible and use the data for students' health management guidance for the corresponding year) ⑥ Oral examination for elementary school students in grades 2, 3, 5 and 6 is processed the same as that of elementary school students in grades 1 and 4.
